Founded with dedication, practical experience, and a vision to provide reliable professional services, BuildSmart Solutions was established by Jomari Guian, a Registered Criminologist whose career journey eventually led into the field of construction and business compliance services.
After successfully passing the Criminology Board Examination, Jomari joined a private construction company based in Cagayan de Oro City as a Permit and Licensing Staff. During his time there, he gained valuable experience handling business registrations, permit processing, and construction-related documentation. Through hands-on exposure in the industry, he developed a strong understanding of government compliance procedures, project coordination, and client support services related to residential and commercial projects.
On May 29, 2024, months before officially resigning from his previous position, Jomari secured his very first independent client for the processing of a Building Permit, Electrical Connection, and Water Connection. What started as a single opportunity soon became the foundation of something bigger. Through commitment, professionalism, and quality service, client referrals and projects continuously grew.
Recognizing the increasing demand for reliable and efficient permit processing and construction support services, Jomari formally established BuildSmart Solutions. Since then, May 29 has been recognized as the official anniversary of the company.
Today, BuildSmart Solutions continues to expand steadily, serving residential, commercial, and business clients with dedication and integrity. According to Jomari Guian, RCrim, the company remains committed to continuous growth, innovation, and delivering dependable services to clients who need professional assistance in construction, permits, engineering, and project-related solutions.
